The sickest, most bad ass race in the world (at least top 3)!

24 Hours at the Nurburgring!!! This years highlights from that race in 2006 was just on speed this weekend. I caught the last five minutes of it plus the montasge scene of the highlights. ITS A WHOLE HOUR of LeMans Cars; you know the ones if you know anything about bad ass road racing. The C6R VS Martin thing, the INCREDABLE desiel audi's...bla bla.

Well anyways this is my favorite track in the whole world, and i missed it. Does anyone happen to have it on tivo or recorded? If not I have to wait till the 29th to watch it.

I can't believe i forgot about it this year grrrr!!! Did anyone see it?

Yea it is a sweet track! I live about 30 mins. from it. You can drive your car on it for $30. Really fast cars there!

I always miss stuff like this. Since I do not have cable or anything. I am lucky when my local TV stations air American Lemans Series.

im am serious thinking about getting tivo like all my friends have. They watch TV and their favorite shows WHEVER they want! They just check out wat is playing on a schedual list, then ask tivo to record it!

The next replay of it will be on the 29th! What crap!!!! I have to watch tunner challenege and nopi and that dam nascar crap 10X before I get to watch a good race like the 24hr. Or any type of WRC event! Why do they focus on gay little kids shows more then acutally promoting real racing shows, after all it is SPEED VISION not mtv. Mtv is for the kids let them have it, but it just seems to me that speed vision just isn't what it could be. They dont even listen to the public opinion polls they themself distribute. Remember when for x mas and thanksgiving last year, speed had a voting poll on their website asking what veiwers would like to see in a marathon for the holidays? It was an overflow of voters who wanted to watche either lemans racing or wrc events. But nooooo speed doesn't give the people wat they want, they give the kids what they want; stupid shows like street tuner challenge, unique whips, and who can forget the seemingly endless NASCAR coverage they have....Im starting to not like speed vision at all, but I'm lucky to get what I get I guess. It just sucks that speedvision promotes lame shows, instead of real racing programing. For example....Imagin if they put half the marketing they give for pinks or unique whips or nascar, and use that marketing to promote the 24hrs of Lemans races, or the WRC races, or the SCCA races. Ya know, acutal real racing, not some lame street tuner mustang gt vs a lame vw golf....

Am i right? or am i just butt hurt?

Lucky for me this opened up here last year. Miller Motorsports Park Looks like we will have an American LeMans race here in may.
