? on TV boost valve

I have my TV boost valve and PR valve out and was wondering if the boost valve is supposed to be stuck in the the tv boost bushing? It moves fairly free inside the bushing but will not come out any further. Is there a burr keeping it from moving freely or is this normal, i can blow it out with a lot of air pressure but it will not come out other wise.

Its the first bushing next to the snap ring, with the .570 boost valve in it. It moves freely to a point and it won't come out.

I saw the same thing on mine, it's just a real close fit. I blew mine out of it's bore with LOW PRESSURE shop air just to be sure it wasn't hung up.

Mine was like that too. Is it suppose to come out?
