only 60 psi on full setting?

I was testing out the SMC kit, engine on idle, and I noticed when the test button is pushed I only get 58-60 psi from the guage when the kit is set at full pump speed. The car runs fine, and everything seems to be ok...could it be the guage?

i used to get 100 psi..does anybody else get 60 on full setting?

Maybe the pump is going south..put your fuel pressure guage on it..it wont hurt for a quick test..

Contact Steve for pump replacement. Too bad no one has figured a way of using a shureflow pump with an SMC kit..I dont think the controller will handle the shureflow current demand..
