Bored so going to install one of the GNS 3 gauge pods that we sell. Going to be using one of Alkycontrols pressure gauges so will be changing around how I have things set up on the car. Not sure which way to go, bear in mind the gauges are not in their final resting places. Not sure on the tach. Mounted on top of the pod it looks to ricky ricer. Mounted off to the side seems to look better but really like the clean look of no tacked on tach.o_O

Thinking of maybe getting a 2 1/16" tach to put in the pod, along with the alky control gauge and a boost/vac gauge. Volt meter and knock gauge would be moved up to my 2 gauge pillar pod.

Thoughts?

try a picture with the Tach high up but on the side
i generally don't like anything above the dash line

I like it mounted low on the side of the pod. Some will argue the use as its not in easy view. I made a bracket and mounted my scanmaster to the top of the radio bezel then mounted my tach ontop of the scanmaster. I use my tach all the time and like the clean look. I did see a nice set up in Bowling Green where the tach was mounted on top of the steering column. Very clean and could use the tilt and still see the cluster.
