I called them at 1:53 pm est

I spoke to customer service about getting a flight changed and they told me they had to transfer me to some other dept.

I was then on hold for 45 minutes, when I finally started talking to someone, they put me on hold again a few times and said they were going to have to call the airline.
Fine

While holding for her to come back, the call got dropped.
Instead of being a decent human being and using my contact info to call me back (they have my telephone number) I had to call them back. I told them my story and the girl said, I'm sorry. Let me transfer you. I told her I was just on hold for 45 minutes, if she could forward me to the girl I was talking to I would appreciate it. She told me there were too many representatives and customers. At this point, I wanted to gouge her eyeballs out and eat them. But I had no choice to go on hold again.

The time is now 3:34 PM EST

I have now been on hold a total of 1 hour and 41 minutes

If you read about a guy going on a shooting rampage in Miami, you'll know it's me.
 
I finally finished talking to them

Total time of my life wasted: 2 Hours, 3 minutes
