Organic brake shoes, and S10 cylinder info???

I have heard quite a bit of talk about using two sets of organic (soft) brake shoes. I'm in central Florida and need to know about the companies that make these so I know where to buy them. If you have part numbers that would be great! I can shop at Auto Zone, Discount Auto Parts, and Pep Boys.
I would also like to know what year rear wheel cylinders we should use from the S10. Any other specific details would be greatly appreciated!

Go to auto zone and look at every set of brake shoes they have for your buick and you will se the bigger ones.
