OTC 4000 enhanced issue

I bought a used otc 4000 enhanced from a member from Florida gn club this winter. I finally got the gn out today so I plugged the otc scanner in to get live data and car stalled. I repeated the process again and again car stalled. Am I doing something wrong?

I believe you have to unplug your IAC and stick a jumper clip into adld port to put eco into diagnostic mode
if you get a hold of randy hagins he will know

after the ecm goes into diagnostic mode , I think you plug everything back up and you can run the scanner and tune and watch it while you do some pulls but I am unsure its old school way but works great , hopefully someone else can help you with this
