Otc????

Can someone tell me in a short answer what OTC is? Can't find it in the search.

OTC is a company that makes a scan tool. I have a OTC 4000e that shows 8 parameters at once. I don't know what OTC stands for though.

Didn't think anyone was going to respond. Does it plug into the ALDL and do you need a laptop w/ it? I have Softscan. I think it is probably like the OTC. I don't think anyone knows it. It can actually plug into some other GM vehicles.
