I want to run either system. I had a smc system in the past and didn't like it. I see razors new progressive system would be much better. Another thing about alky is that the tank would run dry to soon. So I'm curious what ppl are running on there car.

Ya dont say.. I think a gallon is a nice size.. actually a Metco 6.2 gallon fuel cell in the spare tire area fits the bill for thirty applications.

Back under my rock :)

The smc tank probably wasn't a gallon. But it ran dry after 2 laps on road america (8 miles).

Yeah I know, hence why I posted.

SMC does have larger tanks. 2 quart in my opinion is too small, unless you have an import.. or race car that fills after every pass.

Has anyone with a TR put down any numbers with propane that are comparible to alky?? I just haven't seen any - for something that seem'd to be the new rave, it sure did go quiet really fast.

I have a nearly stock 12 second TTA that is used as a daily driver and run ProPain. I must say that it is nice only filling it every couple of months. Also it works great as a seventh injector since I still have the factory injectors (29LB/Hr). I am able to squeeze 17-18psi out of it with the propain and 91 and only about 14-15psi without. I do have a high timing chip and GN pistons which brings the compression to ~9.25:1 so my relatively low boost can be explained. The time in my sig was run with ~108 octane and 16-17psi of boost and no Propain.

ProPain has some advantages and actually does work, Alky has just progressed more since I bought the ProPain kit though.

Maybe someday I will run both:eek:

25psi using a T63e turbo on 94 octane and propane at 50% capacity, 21* timing in 3rd with no knock.

If anyone is looking to try Propane cheap...I have a barely used ProPain kit for sale for $250+shipping.
