Soften the hit mod...
Well those that havent had a chance to play with it, hit on something today.. if you use a small value capacitor across the switch it will slow down the response of the ramp on the controller, what that means is if you want to slow down the ramp only after launching.. you now have a way to do so.
Connections are as follows, PAC purple wire when a ground is applied limits the controller to its turnon point setting irreguardless of boost level, now adding a 220uf, 470uf, 1000 uf capacitor will adjust the rise time so it then resumes normal operation. Voltage on the cap 16volt is fine. Electrolytic available through Radio Shack will do. The larger the cap, the slower the rise time to its normal operation. So the burst can be controlled even further.
This is for the tweakers that like to play... throwing some tips your way.. Watch the knock guage activity...
HTH
Throw some more bones as they become available... hehe
