Will t-link 4.0 with vehicle pak 6 work on my 87 Olds delta 88 with 3.8L? When I go to select a vehicle under 1987, Olds isn't listed. I assume I can load it as a Buick or Pontiac with vin#3 but want to make sure before doing so.

Also, just for the sake of feedback, I wanted to tell you that I traced a vacuum leak problem I had back to the T fitting and hoses that came with my boost harness. Hoses didn't fit tight and were leaking so my reading wasn't moving much under vac or boost, and did the same to my stock boost gauge. I unhooked the T and plugged the factory line straight to the 3 bar and it worked fine after that. I don't need the stock boost gauge anyway. Not mad or anything, I actually love it now that it works right, just thought you'd wanna know.

Your help is greatly appreciated.

Might want to download the latest and greatest software (v4.0.5 ... uninstall your old TurboLink first, then reinstall using the newly downloaded FULL INSTALL).

The Olds will use the same config files as the Buick (since it's a Buick motor).

As far as the vacuum hose, a couple of inches of new hose ought to fix it ... sometimes they tend to either crack or get loose with heat. $1 worth of hose @ AutoZone can fix it up. :)

I've noticed that sometimes the new hose that we buy is a bit loose depending on where they cut it from the roll.

thank you for your time. I've been meaning to upgrade the software but it's really slow on dialup so I'm not gonna do it very often.
