Ordered a dual gauge pod from Ramchargers and it came in Navy blue. :( The console pod was GN grey...go figure. Anyways, has anyone painted these and obtained a good color match? If so what did you use? Its not worth the trouble/expense of sending it back to the US but yeesh Navy blue.   Thanks as always.

Did you ask them to paint it? I did and they did. Most plastic parts aftermarket are a different color. Kirban's carries paint to match or go to your local parts house and get some mixed.

No I didn't ask them. Didn't see the need. Every other custom gauge pod I have ordered for my other vehicles came painted to match...much like the console pod also in this box. Anyways, there is no turbo regal around that this thing would match, so I could make the argument that they should ask what interior its going into. Anyways, point is its here now and I have to get it to match. I remember last year on SyTy.net there was a thread about the paint that matches for those. I was just hoping to find similar info here. Or I could just order a triple pod from Lotek as I was going to in the first place and throw this thing in the Parts for Sale section. Hmmmm....offers? ;)

paint it?

I'll paint it for you if you want. You cover postage both ways and a small tip (TR trinket of some sort) and I'll get out the CO2 airbrush and grey interior dye and do it up for you. Mine came out great, excellent match, but I had to buy a pint of the stuff, so I'm set for life

I'm in Victoria; you could look up postage on line to see if it's worth it.

You could just order the grey interior paint that Kirban sells and be done with it.
