Yes they are 15" and this size works great on stock TR wheels. I know you can't see alot from the pic but I had these mounted T wheels and they worked great. Let me know your zip and I will get a shipping qoute. Thanks

I went and got a shipping qoute for the different zip codes and they all came in between $33 and $37 so I will call it $205 shipped in the 48 states for the pair of tires. Thanks
