Pardon my stupididty, but....what is this part?

I am sorry to have to ask this question, but I also don't want to end up more stupid for not asking. I just put my motor back together after a blown head gasket and found this in the garage. I don't remember where it came from, relatively certain it was from the alternator/AC/power steering pump area. Any help letting me know where it goes would be greatly appreciated.

I think that goes on the first bolt on the drivers side exhast header and to the alternator. I am pretty sure, but not totally. See if it fits there.
