Part throttle slip on the 1-2 shift?

My car shifts fine at WOT but at part throttle (maybe 5 to 10lbs boost) it slips going into 2nd and sometimes into 3rd. The car has about 41,000 miles and I change the fluid regularly. Any ideas?

Try readjusting the TV cable

It might be just as simple as that. Give that a try and let us know if that helps.
