i would consider them to be a bit better than "driver" condition. theyre not torn up at all, but defenatly a few spots here and there that should be cleaned.

as far as a price? idk, $300 for the set?

bumpers are painted chrome, the passenger corner is bent in slightly, otherwise dent/rust free.
