If you still have the harness that you stiffed this guy on ^^^^ can you PM me a price shipped to 19014, lol.

He sent me an email on the 13th, telling me my stuff was "on its way." Then he sent me another email, asking for my address "just to make sure" he got it right. I asked him again for a tracking #, and haven't heard back since.

I think we need to put restrictions for people to post parts for sale. Post count of 500 and minimum of 6 months. Lots of people have been getting screwed the past year. I'm starting to get the feeling I may be one of them to join that list also:mad:

Come on, Justin. Don't piss off your buddies here. RESPOND NOW! They need to hear from you NOW. Show them the consideration you have shown us in the past. Do your part. Don't risk getting a bad reputation here. Write these guys now!!!!!They need to hear from you, they need to know the status of the deals they've done with you. Drink a beer then turn on the computer...

I can't see post count or time making any difference....wouldn't have helped in this case. I don't really have any other ideas on how to stop this from happening, though.....:frown:

no it won't stop them, but it could deter some of them from jumping on here and posting bogus parts for sale and running off with money. If they do stick it out to rip off us poor people, then they should be commited. 6 months is longer than some marriages and 500 posts ought to keep them busy until they get sick of it and give up. There's a possibility I may be out 175 bucks. That's a weeks groceries in my house. That could have been spent elsewhere, but I THOUGHT I needed something and tried to help unload a part that someone didn't need. I'll give the individual I purchased the part from one more week, then it's to the feedback forum.

Soon the parts for sale forum is going to be so ruined it will be as desolate as gnttype.org

I received harness today. thanks Justin

Sorry about the timing but I am sure you were happy when you saw what was in the box :D

Bruce, thanks for the kind words and I have spoken with the guys a few times and things are on the up as of now.

As far as asking for the address....come on, don't be a jerk. You were told exactly why I wanted to make sure... The fact that you are in Canada and this is my second time sending it to you kind of made me want to double check everything I was getting help with. As I told you, I was not the one who dropped it off and I wanted to make 100% certain that you and the other Canadian fella that I had to ship to were taken care of. Also, I shipped UPS this time because it was much cheaper. It may help that the box only weighed 1lb but nonetheless, it was cheaper to go that route.

I told you NOT to ship it by UPS, because there will be a $40-$50 brokerage fee just to bring it over the border..... Thats why I specified sending it by USPS.

Now, if I don't pay the fee, I don't get the package. And you don't get it back unless you pay it. This has happened to me before.....

If you haven't sent it yet, make sure you send it via USPS.

4 days ago (not a week) I got an e-mail from Paypal telling me about your response.

All I can see is the tracking # you gave Paypal (and never sent me) for a package received in Summerville SC, 29843 on Sept 17. (I assume that is where you are located.) So, it looks to me that you have given Paypal a tracking number for a package you received, not sent out.... is that correct? Why did you never send me a tracking # after me asking about a dozen times??

That is the tracking number... UPS no longer offers delivery confirmation on international shipments. This is what I was told. The thing is on it's way. 4 days is long enough to hear something. Once again, I tried shipping it your way and it got me NOWHERE. So this time, I sent it another way. I am not going to humor this thread once more. If you have more to say on this matter Email or PM me. I am parting two cars and my inbox gets full overnight so count on that but as of right now it has plenty of room. You paid 80 bucks for something that guys are charging an arm and a leg for to get on here, it is getting shipped to Canada, another guy just got his stuff and extras and is very happy, and you know I was in a major accident that halted the progress of this. Call UPS and give them the tracking number and they will inform you as needed. There is no brokerage charge as you speak of on this either. I will wait for your response... As far as I am concerned at this point, if this does not please you then just keep the refunded money and send it back when you get it and I will sell it to someone else. That is all...

Also, you must not know how things work at UPS? If you drop off a package it is being received by the shipping company for shipment. Nice try though....

All I've EVER wanted is the weatherstrip that I paid you for on Aug. 4......I know you were in an accident, but nearly 2 months have passed......and my many e-mails to you have been ignored.

I feel that the people on this forum should see what it is like to deal with you. So I will not communicate via e-mail because you don't respond anyway.

If you have indeed sent the package, and Paypal does refund my money in the meantime, I will send the money back to you. Fair is fair......I'm not looking to get something for nothing.....

But your feedback WILL be affected. You'll probably just change your screen name (again) anyway.

Another educated response from a genius. I have good feedback on here and always will have. Your 1 bad feedback will not bother me. Grow up. Again, I am done with you. You will be getting the part soon and I am sure normal people like Intercooled88 (Bob) either do or will understand the situation.

The only "situation" is I paid for a part 2 months ago and haven't received it yet.....and wasn't getting any responses to my e-mails. What would you do? I don't see why you think I'm being a jerk. I just don't want to get stiffed.

And what does it matter if Intercooled88 understands the situation? Everyone on here can read the thread and come to their own conclusions.

Like I said before, if the package gets here after my money is refunded (if it does get refunded), I will pay you again for it.
