parts to do a rebuild

what parts do i need to do a rebuild to make it last in high 11sec.
Do i need a billet servo any other hard parts. which rebuild kit should i buy.

There was a GREAT post on this a while back... I'd suggest a search or just dig until you find it. There were even part numbers and a source given.
