Well being off for the holidays figured I had time to set her up to go through emissions.
Took off the THDP and Y pipe and replaced it with stock elbow, downpipe and new high flow 2.5" cat.
Turned down the boost, fuel pressure to 38 PSI turned off the ALKY
Put in the emissions chip from Eric, turned the translator back to zero
Ran it about 10 mile and went for the test (still on 009s)
Here are the numbers:

HC (PPM) Limit 132 Tested 66
CO (%) Limit 0.42 Tested 0.06
NOx (PPM) Limit 921 Tested 192

Passed with flying colors. Last time I went I was real close on 2 tests (can't remember which). Should be fun when I go next time with 212 cam and no EGR...

My EGR is working cam 218/218
The heads were just redone and new head gaskets, 1000 miles ago

You must've gone though again by now?

I just failed twice recently with 212 cam , FAST tune today helped bring it down more than 50% (CO ) other 2 reading s OK.

Old thread. Yes I did pass with the new combo. Oddly enough I had the MAF Pro on the car at the time which for the life of me I could not tune. I went anyway thinking I would get a fail sticker. I did fail, but only for the gas cap (I had a vented one). Went home and got the original cap - passed later that day. Just lucky I guess.
