passenger side power window

My passenger side power window quit working. I replaced the motor and it started working from the driver side if you pushed the passenger side first but it would not work with the passenger side switch at all. I replaced the passenger side switch and the same thing it would work from the driver side if you pushed the passenger side switch first but still not from the passenger side. This Morning it wouldn't work no matter what I did from either side. Anyone have any ideas what it might be. I have the door panel off and all the wiring looks fine. Thanks

look at the wiring where it paesses from the body to the door. from the master switch there is a dark blue with white stripe for the up direction and a solid tan wire for the down. undo both switches and check with an ohm meter if you have continuity in these wires. if you dont you have to folow the witres in the dash to find the short. if the wires are good then it will be the passenger switchbecause from the master switch the current goes through the passenger switch to the motor. good luck.
