so when did paypal start charging a fee? it use to be where if i charged someone 40 bucks and they pay paled me 40 bucks that what i get now there taken a % out of what they sent. thats some crap.

I am pretty sure they always charged a fee to rcv money. Why else would they be in business if not to make money? I do know that the fees have increased but am pretty sure there have always been fees.

i know they use to charge a fee for credit card but not debit.

Always have charged a fee.....fees increased after ther were acquired by eBay. Just the cost of business....about the same as a cc terminal fee.
