Who can rework a PCM for the larger injectors? I have tried to contact Bob Bailey but have not been successful. Recall that he has split from Ramchargers but how do I contact him?

Might try Mike Licht's new company. I don't recall the name but he's got some posts in vendor specials on this board and tbs.com, I believe. Red Armstrong also does the conversions.
Here is a possible solution to your problem. Instead of reworking the PCM you simply put an impedance mathning device in line with the ECM. LJ is using this on his own car and is at or near 1000HP!
I was looking though the JEGS catalog today and came across another device that does the same thing. It is advertised as being for individual cylinder control... but it also states that it is an impedance convertor as well.
