Visual inspection OK and cat converter in place should be an easy smog pass for your near stock car.. Smog first then change stuff. In any case the chip needs to match the injectors. Before any paper work You can ask the inspector to look under the hood and ask if it looks like it will pass. Any dumb comments then find the next shop. Get a new gas cap. They will pressure test the fuel system and check for leak down.

Thanks for the good reminder about the gas cap, I've heard from others that they had to replace their gas cap for smog purposes.
