Looking good! Lotsa $$$!!! Keep it going, hoep to see you on the track at some time!

John

Yeah alot of $$. My maching bill was 6600 and that was for the shortblock and longblock assemble. They also did the fuel rail and brackets for the turbo and wastegate. I will have spent around 15 K in the engine compartment.

Holy $hit! Man I cant wait to see this thing up at da grove!! Hey just think about my times ~~~high 13's is with out race gas, so maybe even low 13's hehe! I have never been to the track once yet so you can show me the ropes...hehe....I will have to race you once just for $hits and giggles....this way I am getting wasted, no OWNED by another turbo buick and not some geo metro with two V8's ;)

Nick

I was hitting low 13's before all this. You just need some 110 octane and some good tires and you should be in the 12's

:D Well I must say I like that response............I am hoping to hit low 13's and when money comes in next thing I am doing is getting at least two weld drag lite rims for the back and some slicks or some drag radials. I would like to get some welds for all 4 corners sooner or later........I am watching the parts for sale board;) I know my car puts my buddies 94 rustang GT to shame, but that thing is stock.

Nick

You need a bigger turbo. Even a stock 87 would help you get into the 12's. I think that the car is only capable of low 13's with the stock turbo.

Can get it to work

I'd like to see your pic's but, the only one I get is of your Riv. The others come up with a lot of numbers and little square boxes.

Having the ends on the heater core reworked now. Hopefulling it will work. I also have to get the 2 tubes that run along the intake shortened and bent.
