For anyone that cares, or wants a reference for this tire size, here it goes. I had Michelin 235/60/15 on the rear of my car, they got burned off, so I wanted to upgrade to a bigger tire, the 255/60/15 is 1" taller and wider. The wheel is an American Racing Torque Thrust 2 15x7 rim. ( I think it's 4" backspacing) with this tire it is very close to the frame, just that I can stick my index finger between the tire and frame. MY car sits up higher in the back so this tire fills the wheel well more, I like it so far heres some pics.

oh, fronts are still 215/60/15. Will get those changed to BFG's soon,

I switched from a 235-60-15 in the rear to a 255-60-15 also, like you said it's an inch taller than stock but I like em. I have them mounted on Kirbans GNX look a like 15x7" rims. I was going to try the 275-60-15 or the 275-50-15 but I stuck with these first for now.

I have a new set of coil springs out of my uncles Chevelle, that were too tall for him, I think they are a JCWhitney spring. rides good. Just monroe sensatrac shocks, and umi control arms....

Waaaay too high in the back. You should be able to drop the rear down quite a bit, would look much better.

well, I like it, and many have commented on the stance, to each their own.
