I have a single pod gauge holder on my "a" pillar now. I was thinking of going to a dual pod. Does anyone know if there is a one piece pillar replacement for the 87 GN? Or are they all just the smaller piece that goes over the existing pillar (which is all I can find)? I also was considering the roof mounted unit from Poston (I believe). Does anyone have this and how do you like it? Thanks for any help.

A-Pillar

I bought the Lotek full A-Pillar(dual pod) for my car, it work fine with me, i just order the non-painted version which is all black, cause my dash is black
I heard the Autometer full A-Pillar fits alot better, hope that helps :)

1. Only LOTEK makes a replacement pillar.

2. It fits horribly, they're well aware, but they don't care to make a proper new die for it ($$$) as long as uninitiated or hopeful folks are willing to pay for the pillar they do sell. In fact, they might be content if they never sold another one?

3. No one else has anything planned, and there doesn't seem to be enough incentive to get them up off their azzez.

4. I'm happy to stand corrected if my feelings are misplaced.

What about the fit of thier T-Top pods? Also, where can one get the triple pod cluster that goes above the glovebox?

Strikeeagle is correct. The Lotek pillars fit terribly. Too bad, they could have just as easily made a piece that fits.

eBay item#7982699699

There is a full pillar mount(dual) on eBay right now, if you search: "full A-pillar gauge holder for Grand National". Happy hunting!!
