SignUp Now!The stock pistons are quite heavy. Since it is apart,it would be a good thing to put some stronger/lighter pistons back in and have the rotating assembly balanced. A couple of steel caps would be worth while also.I took it apart because I wanted to reduce the chances of anything going bad and having to tear it down again. I've been through that already. Glad I did though. I want my stuff done right from the start. Otherwise I would've just had my grandpa do this. Haha.
Cleaned up the piston a bit. No cracks that I am aware of.
I did check the head gasket out and it was blown....
