plastic inner fender

there is undercoating that i would like to get off (probably stuff from the factory) and the fender is made out of plastic. what can i use?

Heat gun and plastic scraper. Dont heat it too much. After that wax and grease remover or something like that.

I have heard of people using oven cleaner. I have never tried it though.

I would take it to the car wash and blast it off
