I checked the chip # and it is for the 42's, and your injector part# is for 42's. So at least that matches.
Your airflow number at idle is pretty high, over 7 grams/sec, which could be a problem with the MAF.
However, it still could be a problem with the injectors. The MAF reading might be artificially high if it's struggling to idle.
If you put the 30's back in, make sure you use a chip for 30's (or a stock chip).

Why? Your chip will run these just fine, but not at WOT. He said it ran fine before with the 30s and the 009 chip. If he puts the 30s back in and it runs fine,we can suspect the 009s. I don't think the 009s are bad,but this would be a good and simple test. What do you think?

Well I swapped cam sensors with no change , checked very well again for vac leaks and found nothing , also rechecked fuel press and it was spot on. Every once in a while the car will diesel when shut off it also did this with the 30's and the 42 chip. Will put it back to stock tomorrow . Can I run the 30's with my stock chip , I have had them cleaned and flowed just a few weeks ago so I would like to eliminate the inj as a possibility .
Again thanks soo much.

I mainly wanted to keep apples to apples (chip matched to injectors) so it doesn't get confusing. But I understand your point of just throwing the 30's back in to see if it smooths out. It "should" be way too lean using a 42 chip with 30's (at least at first). If it's not too lean, then maybe the MAF is out of calibration (too high).

The 30's will work a stock chip pretty well.

I would suspect that it seemingly ran good (idle/cruise) with the stock chip and 42's is because such a combo would be running VERY rich, which could mask other problems.

It ran good with a 42 chip and 30s.

Haven't put all the stock stuff back on yet as I think I may have some electrical issues . I found that the hot wire off the back of the alternator was bad causing my poss batt cable to heat up as it was grounding . I fixed that wire and no change so today I checked all the grounds at the ECM . I have no ground on pin d12 which goes to the tps but on the power logger still shows the correct readings for the tps. Could that be my issue ?

Figured out you don't get ground on pin d12 without the ECM plugged in . Int is 131 Blm 115 does that make sense ? Inst one adding fuel and one taking it away?

Figured I would update , pulled the 87 ECM , maf and 42 lb injectors and put in all the hotair electronics and a set of 30 lb injectors I had cleaned and flow becouse the car ran great with this setup about 6 months ago .Car still ran like ish, changed cam sensor cap and nothing . Then I rotated the cam sensor a bit and she runs great?
Of all the reading I've done about the cam sensor I don't understand why it solved the problem but I don't care it's time for a burnout!
