Please help me identify this part

I kept hearing a rattle on the driver's side under the hood. I pulled the driver's side wheel and found this loose under the header. It looks like a heat shield. Where does it go?

It is a heat shield that goes on the drivers side header.It is supposed to be held on by tack welds.

Before you get it welded on you may want check the header for the common crack and get it all welded at once.
