Im having some o2 trouble. Ive tried 2 new denso sensors...but still the same issue. At idle and at regular cruising.....the o2 numbers no longer bounce around. They stay in the mid 800's. If i let off the throttle....they drop to the 000's and stay there till i get back on the gas.....then go back to the 800's. Idle just stays in the 800's. WOT o2 readings seem normal. Any input as to why my o2s are no longer bouncing around (ive tried 2 sensors) would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance. Chris

Does the car run roughly or smoke coming out the back as if the O2's were at 800 ??

If not, perhaps check the grounds at the back of the passenger side head. The O2 sensor and the ECM (along with other sensors) get the ground signals from there and if they are loose, corroded or damaged, the reference can make for strange readings.

Thanks for the reply

I will check the ground behind the pass. head when i get home. There is no smoke....and the car actually seems to run just fine. Thanks for your input. If there are any other suggestions, itd be greatly appreciated as well. Chris

When did this start?? I sounds like, for whatever reason, that your chip is in constant open loop operation.
