please help

I've had the car about t2 years now have not been able to go past 5 psi of boost without KR on the scanmaster. It starts at about 1.0 to 3.0 and keeps shouting up higher with boost increase. I've seen as much as 19.5 at 10-12 psi. I have the mods in my sig and this knock is all with alky spraying. Most of the parts on the car are new since i was told by others to change this and that. There is nothing hitting to create false knock and fuel pressure looks good and rises fine with increase of boost. According to everyone that has seen the car everything seems to be in order O2s etc. Is there any thing that im overlooking that you guys can thing of. Please help im at my last straw. If i can't figure it out soon the car is most likely going up for sale. The military does not pay me enough to be droping the kind of money i have been since ive had the car and my wife is getting pissed. I really hope some one can help me out if anyone need any info please post and i wil tell thanks everyone.
