Plenum gasket material?

When making plenum to intake gaskets, what do most of you use, 1/32 or 3/64 material?

Bought a roll of each and not sure which one to use.

I would hope most would just buy a finished gasket
Pete Hoffman at Kirban's, GBodyParts, Cotton's, etc. have them.
(I make them)

I bought a roll of the dark grey 1/32 and a roll of the 3/64 Light Blue.

I need to make four gaskets for two power plate installs. I have a set of gasket punches so I thought I would give it a try.

I'll make them out of the 1/32 material as you suggested.
