pop goes my intake?

ive got a problem with my car popping sometimes. Not all the time; but when i first start it as it cranks i'll get a backfire out of my intake. It will even blow witchever hose on my throttle body is loose off. Does not have a hard time starting runs fine once it starts; after i put whatever hose it blew off back of course. Does anybody know my problem or even have it to? any input would be helpfull. thank you.

i have the exact same problem with my 84GN minus the hoses being blown off. it seems to have gotten a little better after i purchased and installed a new module, but it still does it when its cold. also, mine idles fine at first start but as soon as i put it in reverse to back out of a parking spot it almost dies until i give it just a little bit of gas. this is also only when its cold. its kinda a big deal because i don't want to back into all my parking spots and when i have to give it gas like that when backing out of a parking spot with blind spots created by the cars next to me i always fear backing into a passing car. if it seems like i'm stealing the thread, i don't mean to. i waould just also like to know how to take care of the intake popping at cold temps.
