Ported Stock Turbo Exhaust Elbow

Running stock turbo on my 87. Going to install Kirbans 3inch down pipe. Seen on some other posts that a guy Mike used to do them but not any more. Was wondering if any one had one for sale that has been ported correctly. Thanks.
