Ported TB???

How much will a ported TB help? Will there be any change in performance?

My car picked up a little going from stock to the 62mm stocker when it was running 10.40's. Any slower & I don't think you will see much difference.

I think my car is high 10 capable if i ever decide to 60ft harder, im just looking for things i can add that will give me more power. I was told that the larger TB cause a hesitation at part throttle dew to the added air going in, did you have this problem? Im also getting the 62mm.

No hesitation problems here but I don't think you will see any more power in a high ten sec car.

Well, im hoping for 10's, i know the highest MPH is 124 in the 1/4, what time could that be with a good 60ft? That's with 22psi, im thinking of uping the boost to 24-25.

I would say 1.50's-1.60's for a while.

Installed TB, gave me 1mph in the 1/8, and 4 more HP.
