Porting Intake Manifold....

Hey im wondering how I would port my intake and to what deminsions.. Or what gasket to use to measure to port off of.. Also if I were to send it out an have someone else do it, who would be a good person to do that with..

Are you gasket matching the heads as well? If not than it's not even worth the time or effort. If you are doing the heads just use a stock intake gasket and mark the ports on the heads and on the intake. Usually I'll grind the ports close to the marks then mock up the heads and intake and shine a light in the ports and make sure everything is lining up correctly and make any needed adjustments to my marks and finish up. Just as well port the heads while you're at it. If you can't find anyone in your area to do it for you I'd be happy to do it for you.
