Posting pictures

Why can't I post pictures here? I am able to post them on other boards, but I am told they are too large here. What am I doing wrong?

There is a limit on how big the picture can be. You just have to shrink it down a bit.

The limit is 93 kb. To shrink a picture go to Microsoft paint>click on the image tab>go down to stretch/skew>stretch and skew it down to 25%. Put 25 in each of the boxes then hit ok. Then go to file>save as> save it as a new file. Then you should be able to post pics.
