Posting problems

I was wondering what the problem might be, I had to get a new user name to be able to post anything. When I try to post, do a search, or edit my profile under my other name which is lost2a6, I get the following message:

You do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
You do not have permission to access the page that you were trying to. Are you trying to edit someone else's post or trying to access administrative features? Check that you are allowed to perform this action in the Forum Rules.
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

What gives?

Since you registered under the same IP, the software will NOT allow the use of the original one, only the current screen name.

It wouldn't work before I had got another user name that’s why I had to get another user name. I also had to use my wife's e-mail address. It would recognize me, but can't post or do anything.

Any other suggestions? I would like to get this straighten out so I can go back to my old user name and e-mail address. I appreciate your help.
