250 tops better check your thermometer

at idle your egt temps pre turbo are over 600*F or the o2 sensor wouldnt even work
egt temps just before turbo at boost are usually 1600+ and egt at the header tube near heads is 1700-1800F

I agree on the EGT but the temp of the outer surface of the head surface was only 250
