Power antenna

Ok this is in regards to the power antenna on my gn. I am just curious if i can replace it and it will still go up and down with an aftermarket radio, Currently i have a kenwood mp3 player receiver, costed a pretty penny when first bought because it was the first one out. If it will not work with an aftermarket receiver should i buy a FIXED mast antenna....will it fit like the original??

Yes it will! most aftermarket head units come with an amp turn on lead and a power antenna output lead. If you use a wiring adapter harness (I highly recomend) it will just be a plug and play deal. If the original harness is cut then use the pink which is the switch for the antenna relay. Here is a diagram of the circuit that will help you out:
