Correct... E85 is their fuel.
When he refers to straight meth, that is for the alky system. Why it was suggested to run straight meth, is some like to mix with water due to cost of meth. It is believed by some that it is just as good, but many believe different. You should be able to find meth for $5 - $7 a gallon. I am a believer that straight is better. Put water on your hand and blow on it... Next put straight meth on the other hand and blow on it. You will feel a noticable difference, with the meth getting colder. That is the idea of meth, to cool the air charge coming into your motor.
Look at it this way for the cost... You can race all day for a gallon to gallon and a half of meth. Even at $10 a gallon, that would only be $15 in cost. It is not expensive.
