I am getting ready to install a power plate on my GN and was wondering if any gasket sealer should be applied to the two gaskets?

Thanks Zach Hamlin

I installed mine with no sealers with no problems. As long as the surfaces are clean you should have no problems.

i have found that sometimes you need to use a tad longer bolts... dont over torque em and strip out the intake either

I installed mine rtv free, but I haven't fired it up yet. I figure at worst it's a 20 minute job if it does have a small leak. I try to use as little sealant as I can, and when I do use it I try to use as little sealant as I can. :D

I just installed one two days, ago, I used no sealant, and the bolts were perfect, I had to remove the intake from the plenum and that was it.

Just be careful with the emission vacum line, I broke on that was attached to a bolt on the plenum, other than that it was really easy. Also there were no leaks.
