power steering belt slipping

over the weekand i installed rjc's pully set. everything came off fine and went back in fine..i had a shop install the pullys to the power steering pump and alternator...after i installed the pump and alternator and everything else went to bleed the power steeing system and the fluid has air in it no matter how many times i steer left and right..i turned the car on and turned the steering wheel and heard a noise when i turned it all the way left or right...turns out that when it turns all the way to either the right or left the belt looks like it wants to slip off the pully...question is what can be causing this and the air in the system...any insight will be great cuz i want to get my baby back on the road safely....Thanks
