This is the setup I hope to have in the next month:

PT61
P&P Iron heads
3200 stall T/C lockup
built trans
to go with all of the other mods I have.

I'm trying to reach 400 rwhp on straight 93 and I hope this would do it. Efficient heads, turbo and maybe a better intercooler should get me there. Has anyone ever had this setup or something similar to give me an idea on power with a street setup?
Also will I hit the 512 on the Extender and need to upgrade to the Extreme since I have 60/65 lb injectors? How long will the transmission last?

Thanks.
Marc

I can't give an exact comparison, but the 61 is very similar to my 54. My heads have only been lightly cleaned up.

I put down 405 hp and 549lb/tq at 24 lbs of boost on 93 and alky. With nice flowing heads, that 24 psi may be in the range of 18psi which if tuned perfectly you can run strait 93.

I would be quite happy with those numbers. I appreciate you providing the info. Damn, that's alot of torque. I'm sure it gets the heavy car up and moving in a hurry.

Yes, the torque can be scary. I won't drive the car without drag radials. With 245 street radials, if I hit the go pedel at anything under 45mph the tires would go up in smoke and the car would try to swap ends.

My heads have never been off, but I was pushing 30+ psi to achieve the results in my sig. Second trans. knock on wood...
