Hello to all,
I have a new build (86 GN) with about 1,500 miles on it. I have just added the Powerlogger and TurboTweak Alky v6.1 chip. I did a couple runs before the rain hit, (all with no alky) to get a baseline to know where I am before I start trying to tune with methanol. Can I get some feedback from you guys. This is my 1st time really attempting to tune and using the powerlogger.

P.S. I started having some weird things happen with the scanmaster. On the 3rd run, it would show 0.0 for just about all the readouts including mph while I was clearly doing 45mph. I am not even sure if the 3rd run is even creditable since the scanmaster was flaky. Then I started getting codes thrown (Troubles Code 24, Code 21, & Code 22), but nothing was showing up on the scanmaster for the 1st and 2nd run. I always had problems with speedo (It fluctuates while driving and after 45 I have look at the km). I started car today, but no trouble codes.......

thanks in advance

No expert, but Powerlogger is not hooked up right. not showing any data in- TPS, RPM, ING VOLTS, Block learn values are Zero on many, not going into any gear and showing power enrichment, just to name a few. This was the one called 2nd test drive no alky.

I don't know what is going on. Everything was reading right in the beginning, then once I hooked the laptop up, plugged the USB cord in, thats when I started having issues......

Did you install/update the powerlogger drivers correctly? Sure about your install. Re-check using instructions and make sure everything is where it should be. Check and make sure powerlogger is seated in the ecm all the way & usb is plugged in powerlogger secure.

ok, I started the car today and everything seemed as though it was working fine. I didn't have to remove the ECM or play with the powerlogger board. It must have been a glitch of some sort. Well attached are my new logs, please let me of any feedbacks, tips, or recommendations......thanks in advance

Your TPS seems low, is a mat or anything blocking your pedal? Still don't see the car in any gear. Here's a file of mine, take a look and compare to yours and you will see what I mean. Not that it's a great run, but may help.

Ok, I will reset the TPS, I thought I had it set at .42 but it looks like it is reading .46 at idle or when I let off the throttle.

Ok, thanks for your log. I will compare yours to mine. Thanks again.

Your idle is fine at .46, closer to .42 is better, it's while your getting on it doesn't seem right, you want to be closer to be .400 or better, yours file shows in the .300's , a floor mat can cause this as stupid as it's sounds from getting a full W.O.T. reading.

I will try to get the tps closer .42.

I haven't quite did any wot pulls yet. On those runs, I was rolling into the boost gradually hoping in case knock was an issue. I will do some wot pulls over the weekend to see how she does.
