If you're going through the trouble of replacing it, put a new one on. Contact "Turbocars" on here. I believe they made them for GM. Ordering info here: Hank Terry's Buick Turbo Regal Home Page He posted on here a while back they were going to stop making them, maybe there are some left.

I'm gonna double that. I probably make the least amount of money on this board and I still bit the bullet and bought a brand new one. Why compromise safety? That would be like putting used brakes and rotors on. Do it once and be done with it.

Yup. I didn't even need one and I went ahead and bought 2 from Hank. Brand new and way less than GM list $. He said when they were gone, that would be it...

I just pulled off mine with 85k on it and a 15k mile old ac ball. Never blow a fuse etc. I switched to vacuum with the new motor.

If interested PM me, but I am looking to sell the whole thing BTW.

I thought these things were still being produced? SO there is only a limited supply of pumps? Is there any other PM parts I should be concerned about?

Other than these pump/motors, the switches from GM, and the accumulators from Kirban, I think just about all the rest is discontinued now. :frown:

I PM'd you tuesday...I still have it, it's basically brand new from hank terry, only installed one day and ran a grand total of 5 times maybe, it wasn't the problem so I dont need it. check your PM's
