I have a full powermaster that has a good pump on it. Pedal would intermittently go to the floor so it was removed. I don't know much about the powermasters. I just remove them but I wouldn't think a failing pump would cause the symptoms it had.

I took the full power master system off my 86' GN a few years ago and it was still working if you are interested.

Richard Clark can rebuild the pump motors. He will rewind the internals if needed. I had my whole unit done in the spring. I was totally amazed at how detailed it came back. Turn the key now and pump runs 2-3 secs max. Before rebuild it ran 15 secs or more.
