how hard is it to install ?

Cost, about $60.
Not hard at all to install but the aluminum threads are very soft so you really have to be careful and using a little longer bolt is a real good idea.

I was very sceptical on the power plate. I have to say it's worth the money. I noticed smoother idle, better throttle response and faster acceleration with it installed and that's with the old design. The newer design is even better.

Jim (turboman38) is using the first version that Jason made and shipped to me. It has one centered hole in the plate whereas the final release plate that everyone runs now, including myself, has the funky shaped holes. I ordered one very early on and when Jason sent me the final release one he said to give the first version to a friend (Jim) as it still works well. There you have it.
