Powerstroke Intercooler dimentions... all of them

Howdy,

Does anyone have a Powerstroke intercooler laying around that they can make a bunch of measurements for me on? I'm trying to figure out if it'll sqeeze into front of my '64 Riviera. I specifically need the vertical position of the inlet and outlet, thickness of the tanks not in the tube area, and the length of the tube bulge in the tanks on the verticle axis.

I have one with metal end tanks and piping for $250. shipped.

That first page gives me the rough external dimentions, which is what got me worried and the second page shows a modified one. The reality is that I have a maximum of 30in between my headlight attach points on my core support and I'm doubting that the Powerstroke with its 30in core is designed so that the tubes which are atleast 3in wider than the core perside miss the headlights and end up in a spot where I don't have to worry about them.
